Serve the Archè Trebbiano and Magenta ice cold. Open the Nicò Montepulciano at least half an hour beforehand to let it breathe and reveal its full flavor.

Serving suggestion

Chill the Vino Rosato. The two red wines (Secondamano and Ch'c'vò) are light reds; they're best enjoyed slightly chilled (half an hour in the refrigerator) for extra freshness.
