The name De Wijntoren (The Wine Tower) is a nod to our roots. As Groningen residents, we're proud of the most beautiful tower in the country: the Martini Tower. We bring that down-to-earth approach to our wine quest. We love honest, no-nonsense products. From grape to glass , we know exactly what we're getting.

What began with a love for the raw, unpolished wines of Italy's Abruzzo region has now grown into a broader search for the finest bottles from various wine regions. We travel to the wine regions ourselves, sit at the kitchen tables of small farmers, and taste what's truly in the bottle.

We believe the best wines don't come from a large factory, but from small farmers who work with passion and respect for nature. We make these non-commercial wines accessible to you.
