What do you taste?

In het glas:

De naam zegt het al: 'Goud van de Monniken'. Hij schittert letterlijk als vloeibaar goud in je glas.

In de neus:

Een verleidelijke en rijke geur. Je ruikt de Italiaanse zon in de vorm van gedroogde abrikozen, zoete honing en vijgen.

In de mond:

Een absolute traktatie na een goed diner. Hij is vol, stroperig en zachtzoet, maar voelt gelukkig nergens plakkerig aan. Omdat de natuurlijke frisse zuren van de druif bewaard zijn gebleven, blijft deze dessertwijn prachtig levendig en elegant.

De afdronk:

Lang, gelaagd en ontzettend elegant. Een dessertwijn om echt even rustig de tijd voor te nemen.

Vinification

The Moscato Bianco grapes are dried on racks after harvest to concentrate the sugars and aromas. A gentle pressing follows, and fermentation begins naturally. The wine is then aged for five years, which creates depth, complexity, and harmony.
