What do you taste?

In het glas:

Een warme, strogele kleur. Je ziet direct dat deze witte wijn wat rijper en ronder van stijl is dan een gemiddelde jonge Bianco.

In de neus:

Een rijk aroma van rijp fruit, subtiele bloemen en een lichte kruidigheid. Het is een volwassen geur die rust uitstraalt.

In de mond:

Prachtig in balans en heerlijk zacht. De ronde structuur streelt de smaakpapillen, terwijl de frisse zuren tegelijkertijd voor een mooie, spannende dynamiek zorgen.

De afdronk:

Elegant en prettig lang, precies wat je hoopt bij een karaktervol glas dat met veel aandacht is gemaakt.

Vinification

In the cellar, this wine undergoes a special treatment often seen with red grapes. The skins of the Trebbiano, Passerina, and Malvasia grapes remain with the juice for three days. This gives the wine not only its warm color but also its extra body and unique texture. Fermentation occurs completely spontaneously, without the intervention of machines or thermostats. After several gentle rackings and a period of additional bottle aging, the wine has reached its full complexity. Pure nature, made with patience.
