Precies zoals een goede, gerijpte wijn hoort te zijn: rijp, harmonieus en prachtig rond. De verfijnde tannines zorgen voor een zijdezacht mondgevoel, zonder dat de wijn zijn kracht verliest.

This wine is only made in years when nature truly cooperates in the Giulianova vineyards; it is a unique expression of an exceptional vintage. The base is the Montepulciano grape, but treated with more patience than usual. The skins are left with the juice longer (maceration) for added depth and color. Fermentation occurs spontaneously, using the wild yeasts naturally present on the grapes, without any chemical intervention by the winemaker. It is pure nature: minimal intervention for maximum results. This creates a more serious, complex wine in which pure fruit and a soft structure come together in perfect harmony.
